Buying an artwork

How can I buy artworks on Artbul?

To buy an artwork, you have to click on the button "Order Now" which is found on all artwork pages. You will then be redirected to your Cart. Once you have clicked 'Proceed', we will ask for your details to organise delivery, and then ask you to choose your method of payment (ideal, card, Paypal, or bank transfers). Once the payment has been processed, you will receive confirmation from our payment processor. We will then call you right away to confirm that your payment has been received.

What happens once the payment has been processed?

Once the payment has been processed, the artwork is reserved for you! We will call you right away to confirm its availability and delivery times (delivery takes approximately 7 days). Together we will arrange the best day for delivery to the address you provided.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout when you confirm your purchase. This is the point when your payment is authorized and processed by our payment gateway. Please note that if you are using a debit card, the payment may be immediately deducted from your account balance. Your payment will be safe with the Artbul Payment system. After you receive your order and approve that everything is good your payment will be transferred to the seller.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course. Before the artwork has been shipped, you can cancel your order by email and also by your customer panel. Once it's been shipped, the cancellation period runs for 14 days after delivery. If the work has been shipped, we will only refund you once the work has been returned to the artist in its original condition.

Selling an artwork

How can I sell my artworks on Artbul?

To sell an artwork you need to have an artist account. By clicking the "Sell" button you can one. After your account will be approved you can start to list your artworks to sale.

What happens once I have a new order?

We'll contact you to make sure your artwork is still on sale. After confirmation the order by us you can be able to view customer shipping information. In 5 days after order date you have to dispatch the product. Otherwise order will be cancelled.

How will I dispatch the product?

You should package your artwork very well. If necessary, use wooden packaging or cardboard packaging. Don't forget to get visual proof that you packaged your work very well. Then ship your work with the cargo companies we have agreements with. We will send you the cargo company and recipient information via email. Then save the cargo tracking information to the system from the artist panel. Remember, you are entirely responsible for the shipping.

When will I get my payment?

After the work reaches the buyer safely, the buyer has 5 days to confirm the order. Your money will be transferred to your account 10 days after the buyer confirms the order. Remember, international transfers may take up to 3-5 business days.
